A life coach?

Have you noticed that all the great sportsmen and sportswomen have coaches? Tiger Woods (yes, I realise some of you may think he needs a coach in his personal life as well!),  Serena and Venus Williams, Wayne Rooney and all the others have many things in common. One of those things is that every one of them uses a coach.

Here is a short list of possible ways in which a life coach can make a difference. Please get in touch with me if you have questions.

  • Do you have what it takes, but you are not getting the results? I can help.
  • Do you believe you don’t have what it takes to achieve your desired outcome or results? I can help.
  • Do you suffer from a phobia, limiting beliefs, anger, sadness, fear, hurt, guilt or other emotions that do not serve a positive purpose in your life? I can help.
  • Are you stuck, do you have a lot of stress, are you struggling to become great? I can help.
  • You cannot make decisions. You don’t know why relationships never work, you want more money, you can’t achieve your goals, you keep making the same mistakes, and your past holds you back. I can help.
  • Is your life ruled by anxiety? I can help.

As little as three percent of our behaviour occurs consciously. The rest all happens unconsciously. Our results in life depend on our behaviour and that is why we don’t always get what we want and why we sometimes get what we don’t want.

My life-coaching programme is about gaining control of your behaviour so that you too can achieve your desired outcome. Put differently, my life coaching is results-based and focused on your potential. I use well researched techniques and tools. I guarantee my work.

The coaching process is designed to eliminate the need for my service as quickly as possible. I will empower you to take charge of your life without it being necessary for you to depend on me in any way, so that you are free to life the live you desire.
